General Engineer Mr. Rong Zhonghui : worked in missile material and craft research institute of original China astronautics industry ministry between 1960 and 1984, was engaged in the development of damping material and seal material, solved spacecraft (including missile and satellite) thin-wall framework’s vibration and noise problem. He was transferred to the post in Changzhou LanLing Rubber Factory as chief engineer and held a concurrent post as damping material laboratory director between October, 1984 and September, 1994. During his post, he organized and the participated successively for ShangHai Volkswagon "SANTANA", FAW "AUDI", NanJing "IVECO" automobile damping material, great damping pressure sensitive glue and so on to process the domestic research and the support production.
The research work of Mr. Rong Zhonghui participation, won the National second prize one item, the third prize two items, Jiangsu Province Technology Advance second prize one item, and has the State Council government special allowance.

Changzhou HuiDong Rubber and Plastic Products Factory, is a factory that manufacturing spare parts of sound absorption and heat insulation, shock absorption and seal, damping for air-conditioner, refrigerator, automobile.
